By engaging with Amalsadia Consulting Group Ltd. ("ACG Scale," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Client") agree to the following Terms and Services. These terms govern the provision of AI-driven lead revival, chatbot services, appointment booking, sales follow-up, and related services. Specific terms may vary based on individual agreements discussed during consultation and formalized in signed contracts.
ACG Scale provides done-for-you (DFY) AI-driven services, including but not limited to:
- Lead revival via AI-driven outreachAI-powered chatbot development and deployment
- Automated appointment booking and follow-up
- Sales engagement solutions
All services are custom-tailored, and the exact scope will be determined in the consultation call and formalized in a separate agreement signed by both parties.
Clients must:
- Provide accurate lead lists and required integrations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations related to outreach and marketing.
- Grant necessary access to CRM, communication platforms, and other relevant tools.
- Adhere to payment terms specified in the signed agreement.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact the effectiveness of our services and does not constitute grounds for refunds.
All pricing, payment terms, and revenue-sharing agreements are determined on a case-by-case basis and will be specified in the contract signed by both parties. Payments may be structured as performance-based fees, fixed fees, or hybrid models.Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees as stipulated in the signed agreement.
ACG Scale adheres to all applicable data privacy laws, including but not limited to GDPR (for UK clients) and TCPA/CASL (for North American clients). We do not store customer data beyond what is necessary for service delivery. More details on data privacy can be found in our Privacy Policy at https://www.acgscale.com/privacy. Clients are responsible for ensuring their lead lists and outreach strategies comply with relevant laws and regulations.
ACG Scale is not responsible for any legal or regulatory issues arising from improper use of AI-driven messaging or marketing techniques by the Client. We do not guarantee specific sales results or revenue increases, as outcomes depend on multiple factors outside our control. We are not liable for third-party outages (e.g., OpenAI, Zapier, GoHighLevel) that may affect service performance.
Both parties reserve the right to terminate services based on terms outlined in the signed agreement. ACG Scale reserves the right to modify these Terms and Services at any time, with updates posted on our website.
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada, USA, or UK, depending on Client location. Dispute resolution methods, including arbitration or mediation, will be outlined in the client agreement.

10. SMS Messaging Terms
We help businesses revive dead leads via SMS. This campaign targets leads who have already demonstrated interest by completing our qualification process and providing their contact details. It sends personalized follow-up messages to re-engage these potential customers, address any lingering questions, and help them move forward with the services they inquired about.
(e.g. Hi, it's Sarah from ACG Scale! Is that the same John who looked into reviving dead leads via SMS from us recently? Reply STOP to cancel.)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
By providing your phone number and using our services, you agree to receive SMS messages related to our offerings. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” and get help by replying “HELP”.
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile number will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
